HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Gov. Dannel Malloy was one of the earliest supporters of Hillary Clinton, making a number of stops on her behalf during the primaries.

News 8 asked the Governor Monday morning if Clinton were to win the White House in November, and he had an opportunity to be a part of her cabinet, would he leave Connecticut?

“I plan on serving out my terms here in the state of Connecticut, and I look forward to the challenges. I like my job,” Malloy said.

The Governor is currently in the middle of his second term in office.
