Tim Kaine attends private fundraiser in East Hampton

EAST HAMPTON, Conn. (WTNH) — With two weeks to go until Election Day, Democratic vice-presidential candidate Tim Kaine made a stop at a private fundraiser in East Hampton Tuesday.

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy was among the guests.

“It’s pretty neat. We’ve known each other for a long time. [We] Have worked together. He will be a perfect vice-president. City council member, Mayor, Lt. Governor, Governor, Senator and maintained being a wonderful person throughout,” said the Governor.

Malloy says he is still helping Democrats raise money, the next goal is a ‘Get out the vote’ campaign in all 50 states.
