MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – Milford Police have arrested a man, after they went to serve a warrant and they say the man bit an officer. Friday, Milford officers went to the Milford Housing Authority to take Michael Pelletier, 34, into custody on an active warrant for his arrest. Police found Pelletier and told him he was under arrest. He ignored them and started swinging his arms, telling them he was not going with them. There was a struggle, and Milford Police say Pelletier bit one of the officers in the hand. Police were able to control him, and took him into custody. Pelletier is charged with Breach of Peace, Interfering with Arrest, and Assault on a Police Officer.
