Silver Alert canceled for New Haven toddler

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — New Haven Police say the Silver Alert for the missing 1-year-old boy from the Elm City has now been canceled.

Police say Ibrahim Meshake had not been seen since Monday. It was believed that the boy was with his mother, Jenne Nasibu.

The alert was issued Tuesday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. It was later canceled just before 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, when police said the case had been “resolved.”

No other details have been released by police.
