WALLINGFORD, Conn. (WTNH)-  Two Wallingford residents are facing drug charges after they were found to be buying heroin in Hartford and then selling it in Wallingford.

Police have charged 25-year-old Nathanael May with two counts of sale of narcotics, three counts of possession of narcotics, and interfering with an officer.  His girlfriend, 18-year-old Jacqueline Gambardella, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics.

According to police, the pair were making daily trips to Hartford to buy heroin and then would return to Wallingford and resell it.

Using a confidential informant, police arranged to purchase heroin from them and some of the heroin purchased from May tested positive for fentanyl.
