3 Quinnipiac students arrested after found with weed in dorm

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Hamden police have arrested three Quinnipiac University students after university police found a large amount of weed in a dorm.

Back on November 4, Hamden police responded to Quinnipiac University where police found over 300 grams of marijuana, $810 and drug paraphernalia in a room occupied by three students. The students, 19-year-old Andrew Stein, 19-year-old Thomas Famulary and 19-year-old Samuel Belanger, all of New Jersey, were arrested.

All three are charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. They are due in court on November 17.
