State Police investigating homicide in Willimantic


WILLIMANTIC, Conn. (WTNH) — Connecticut State Police are searching for two suspects after a man died in Willimantic overnight.

Willimantic police were called to 38 Pulaski Court around 3 a.m. Saturday for a reported disturbance. Police found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was given first aid, but was pronounced dead by EMS. An autopsy will be performed and the victim’s name has not yet been released.

State police responded to help search for other victims, none of which were found, and the suspects.

The suspects are described as two Hispanic males wearing baggy clothes. Both men were seen running from the Pulaski Court area and one of them may be injured and bleeding.
