Orange Man Charged With Moving Property Line Marker

ORANGE, Conn. (WTNH)- An Orange man was arrested after police say he got into a dispute with a neighbor over property lines. 50-year-old Michael Domogala was arrested and charged with illegal destruction, movement, disturbance of a surveyor’s marker.

Police say Domogala and his neighbor on Lambert Road had a dispute over property lines, so a surveyor measured the property and put out markers to show where the property lines are. Police say Domogala went and moved one of those markers.
