Bridgeport police search for hit and run driver

Bridgeport, Conn. (WTNH) – Bridgeport police are looking for the driver of a white car that struck a man from Greenwich as he crossed Park and Maplewood avenues last Saturday night.

The crash left 58 year old Michael Kravitz with life threatening injuries. At last report, Kravitz was still at Saint Vincent’s hospital, listed in critical but stable condition.

Police describe the vehicle that hit him as a small white car that left the scene going down Park Avenue. Anyone with information that could crack the case is being asked to contact the Bridgeport police tip line at (203) 576-8477.
