MERIDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Meriden Police have released the name of the man killed in a November 2nd homicide on East Main Street.

Police say the victim is 73-year-old Thomas Wilderman. Wilderman’s body was discovered at his 657 East Main Street apartment. The cause of Wilderman’s death has not been released.

A search ensued for the victim’s car which was not at the scene when police arrived. The blue Nissan Sentra was eventually recovered in Hartford on November 4th.

Detectives are continuing their investigation into the Wilderman homicide.
