Police make arrest in Willimantic Subway robbery

WILLIMANTIC, Conn. (WTNH) — Willimantic Police arrest a man wanted for holding up the Subway sandwich shop on High Street last night. 37-year-old Luis Francisco Davilla is accused of walking into the restaurant early Tuesday evening, and pulling a gun on the employees before taking off. None of the workers were hurt, and police say they were able to give a good description of the suspect and which helped lead to an arrest just a short time later. Davilla is charged with 1st degree robbery, breach of peace and larceny.
