Meriden man arrested for selling heroin in Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, Conn.  (WTNH)  –   A Meriden man has been arrested in Wallingford after selling heroin to a police informant.

32 year old Todd Constantini has been charged by Wallingford Police with two counts of sale of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics.   Constantini was previously arrested by Meriden Police after 800 bags of heroin were found in his home in June.

According to Wallingford Police Constantini sold heroin to a police informant twice in October and with the help of Meriden Police was arrested a second time on Thursday.
