Wilby High School janitor arrested for stealing computers

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH)–A Waterbury janitor was arrested on Tuesday, accused of stealing computers from Wilby High School in the city. Police said 26-year-old Michael D’Angelo admitted to stealing 13 computers from a locked storage room.

He was arrested on Tuesday. D’Angelo said he was selling the computers, worth thousands, to pay off some debt.

D’Angelo is also suspected of using heroin, according to a report by the Waterbury Republican-American. He is expected to be fired from his position.
