WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The case of a former West Haven teacher caught on camera pulling a chair out from underneath a student is scheduled to return to court Thursday.
David Pfaff, 32, lost his job at Bailey Middle School last year because of that incident. He claims the student became disruptive, and refused to move.
