BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) — A Connecticut man accused of killing his parents, after they threatened to cut him out of their will, is on the clock to make a decision about a plea deal.
Kyle Navin’s case returned to court on Thursday.
A judge extended the deadline to decide on the plea bargain to January 12.
The terms of the deal aren’t being disclosed.
Navin pleaded not guilty to the murders of Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin.
Their bodies were found in Weston last year.
Navin’s girlfriend, Jennifer Valiante, is also facing charges.
