(WTNH) — Don’t let holiday baking cause you to fall off the fitness wagon.
Zoefit’s Shana Schneider stopped by Good Morning Connecticut to show us how to workout while in the kitchen.
Schneider showed News 8’s Stephanie Simoni how to do push-ups, squats and get an arm workout in all while making chocolate chip cookies.
She says once you throw the cookies in the oven it’s easy to do a couple fitness moves.
