Seymour passes town, school budgets on first vote

SEYMOUR, Conn. (WTNH) — Seymour passed both its town and school budgets on the first vote.

According to the New Haven Register, it’s the second year in a row that the town approved the budgets.

The $23 million town budget and $32 million spending plan for the Board of Education will take affect on July 1 and will not increase taxes.
