Gil on the Go: John S. Martinez School in New Haven

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) —  In this week’s Gil on the Go, Storm Team 8 Chief Meteorologist Gil Simmons traveled to the John S. Martinez School in New Haven to discuss the weather with students.

The weather is nice and warm with temperatures hovering around 80 degrees and clear blue skies. Wind coming in off the water is giving the shoreline slightly cooler conditions with temperatures in the mid-70s. Sunshine and warm temperatures will continue tomorrow and into Friday with a low chance of a scattered shower or two before the weekend begins.

Gil has the full forecast and spoke with some of the students at the school about weather in the videos above.
