Strawberry Festival takes place in Orange

ORANGE, Conn. (WTNH) — All the pie, jam and shortcake you can eat.

That’s just one of the highlights of the Strawberry Festival in Orange.

Vendors started setting up at 6 a.m. on Saturday morning as they expected big crowds for the Congregational Church Strawberry Festival at the High Plains Community Center.

They had hay rides, games for the kids and of course, a whole lot of strawberries.

This is the event’s ninth year.
