3,000-year-old prosthetic toe found

(WTNH) — Take a look at this!

This prosthetic is more than 3,000 years old.

It was made for a priest’s daughter who had to have her big toe on her right foot amputated.

The surprisingly lifelike toe was made during the early iron age.

Researchers determined the toe is made of some kind of hardwood.

The belt strap was made from plant fibers.
