Foam Rolling 101

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Many of us hit the gym on the weekends but that often leaves us feeling sore come Monday morning. Derek Marsette, Head Personal Trainer at District Athletic Club in New Haven, stopped by our studio this morning to teach us the benefits of foam rolling – when done properly.
