8 Minute Meals: Bistro Burger

(WTNH)-Chef Kevin Des Chenes makes his bistro burger for Labor Day.


~80/20 Ground beef

~Apple wood smoked thick cut bacon

~Worcestershire sauce

~Crumbled gorgonzola


~Chopped Parsley



~Garden tomato

~Favorite style bun


Bake bacon ahead of time in 375° oven + set aside

Combine beef, gorgonzola, chopped Parsley, Worcestershire and S+P in a mixing bowl an gently mix with hands

Make 7oz Patty’s with mixture

Season both sides of Patty with S+P

Grill Patty’s to desired temp

Grill both sides of bun

Build burger on bun with lettuce, tomato and bacon on bottom add grilled burger and top with over easy egg
