1 lb 80-85% fat free chopped meat (feeds four)
Or 1lb or chopped turkey or chicken, but with this you will need double the spices for a rich flavor.
1 chopped onion
Parsley, oregano, basil
¼ cup 1% milk
Mix all ingredients and form into a loaf in a baking dish
Top with 2 TBS ketchup
Place small potatoes around meat in baking dish and top with Paprika
Place in oven 350 degrees for one hour
