Hamden woman arrested after allegedly shoplifting from Whole Foods in Milford

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A Hamden woman is facing charges on Tuesday, accused of shoplifting in Milford and refusing to cooperate with police.

Milford Police say they arrested 73-year-old Dorothy Hart on Monday night.

They say she stole $110 worth of items from Whole Foods then gave police a fake name and damaged some of the things she had stolen.

Police say Hart later refused to sign her arrest paperwork and urinated on the floor of her holding cell.
