Numerous vehicle catch fire in Danbury

DANBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — Officials in Danbury are investigating after multiple vehicles caught fire on Tuesday night.

Danbury Fire crews responded to C.F.C. Landscaping and Construction on South Street around 9:30 p.m. for a report of numerous vehicles on fire.

Officials say a box truck, a dump truck and two pickup trucks were involved in the blaze which extended to a small storage structure where two equipment trailers were stored. The structure and one of the trailers sustained minor damage.

Fire crews were able to extinguish the fire.

No injuries were reported.

The cause is not known at this time.
