Calling hours held for Luisa DeLauro, Rosa DeLauro’s mother

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — In New Haven on Friday, calling hours were held for Luisa DeLauro, mother of Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro.

The 103-year-old passed away last weekend.

Luisa DeLauro remains the longest serving member ever on New Haven’s Board of Alderman.

She served for 35 years and is remembered as a pioneer for New Haven’s Democratic party.
