Milford man goes to Florida to help with recovery efforts

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Help in Texas and Florida following Hurricanes Harvey and Irma has come from all corners of the United States, including Connecticut.

Milford’s James Steenson is working with a group of first responders down in Key West.

He is a civilian master electrician at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola.

Right now, Steenson is down in The Sunshine State assisting with the relief efforts.
