NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Many of us often lose track of eating healthy on the weekends and end up on a junk food or sugar binge. This morning, Dr. Robert Silverman, author of “Inside-Out Health: A Revolutionary Approach to your Body,” stopped by our studio to offer ways to get back on the right track.
