Capitol Report: Dan Drew apologizes for obtaining mailing list to solicit campaign contributions

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Outside of the state budget veto, there were certainly a few interesting stories to discuss.

First, Middletown Mayor and gubernatorial candidate Dan Drew apologized for obtaining a residential mailing list from the city, including police, that was then used to solicit campaign contributions.

Also, Milford Democratic Alderman Bryan Anderson is tired of waiting for Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro to retire and wants a primary!

Finally, 25-year-old Jason Novak is now the sixth press aide of the Governor’s vast press operation.
