Several vigils held in Connecticut following Las Vegas massacre

(WTNH) — Several vigils were held in Connecticut on Monday night honoring the lives lost in the Las Vegas massacre.

In Milford, a candlelight vigil was held at the First United Church of Christ. Folks there shared messages of hope and prayer.

“Even in the darkest hours, after another horrible tragedy that the light continues to shine in that darkness and will overcome all the despair and the fear and the hatred that is out there in the world,” stated Reverend Adam Eckhart.

Another candlelight vigil was also held in Hamden.
