New Haven County home prices rising

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Home prices along the shoreline are going up.

New numbers from CoreLogic show home prices in the New Haven and Milford area are on the rise. The prices of homes increased by 1.2 percent in August compared to the year before.

Home prices are also expected to gain close to another five percent by next summer.
