Capitol Report After Hours: Keith Phaneuf talks state budget

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — As lawmakers scramble to put together a state budget before the new deadline of Oct. 13, many communities will face serious consequences if that goal is not met.

Keith Phaneuf of the CT Mirror says by the time early November rolls around, Hartford will be out of money without a new state budget in place.

He says this will impact dozens of communities across the state.
