Fire damages Old Lyme home

OLD LYME, Conn. (WTNH) — A house fire has rendered a home not habitable on Monday night.

According to fire crews, a fire broke out at a house on Sea Spray Road on Monday afternoon.

A viewer sent in Report-It photos to News 8 capturing the blaze.

According to the fire department, there are no reports of any injuries.

Power has been turned off to the home which officials say is not habitable at this time.

It is not known what caused the fire.
