Rep. Esty introduces gun control bill

(WTNH) — Connecticut Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty introduced a new gun control bill on Thursday.

The “Keep Americans Safe Act” would ban high capacity magazines able to hold more than 10 rounds.

“Every second a shooter spends reloading and not firing is a second that a potential victim has to escape,” Rep. Esty said.
