Police: Man wanted for using stolen credit card at Somers liquor store

SOMERS, Conn. (WTNH)– State Police are looking for the man who allegedly stole a credit card then used it at a Somers liquor store earlier this month.

Police say at about 12:44 p.m. on October 7th, a credit card that was reported stolen was found to be used at Somers Liquor and Wine at 103 Main Street. The suspect had used the stolen credit card to buy alcohol and cigarettes from that store.

Police describe the suspect as a white male who was wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt and a black hat. Anyone who may have information regarding the suspect is urged to contact State Police at 860-896-3200.

The theft remains under investigation.
