In The Bender Kitchen: Margaret Marshall making healthier options

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – In the Bender Kitchen today was Margaret Marshall showing us a healthy smoothie to fight the candy-cravings this Halloween.

Ingredients for one large shake:

1 cup almond milk (vanilla)
½ frozen banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 TBS Almond butter
½ tsp honey
