Access Health CT’s open enrollment

(WTNH)- Access Health CT’s Andrea Ravitz discusses the upcoming Open Enrollment period for Connecticut residents. People can shop for a plan and enroll in private health insurance for 2018 during Open Enrollment from November 1 to December 22. They can update their household information at any time.

This year, they’ve expanded their locations for in-person enrollment assistance from 2 to 10. In-person assistance is available, starting November 1, at our enrollment locations across the state and at our upcoming enrollment fairs listed at http://learn.accesshealthct.com/locations/.

There are three enrollment locations where consumers can get in-person help in New Haven County:

Access Health CT (AHCT), Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace, is a quasi-public agency created by the Connecticut legislature in 2011 to satisfy requirements of the federal Affordable Care Act.
