Waterbury to hold emergency power-outage drill


WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH)– Waterbury is preparing for an event that is involving city power outages on Friday.

The city of Waterbury says on that on Friday, October 27th, it will run an emergency power-outage drill to test backup generators and other fail safe equipment.

City residents need to know that all of the outages are planned. The test will also be completed by the end of the day Friday.
