Reward offered for information on New Haven bank robbery suspect

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A $500 reward is being offered for any information that leads to the arrest of the man who police said robbed a bank in New Haven.

Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect, who is accused of walking into the Key Bank at 195 Church Street and demanding cash. The bank teller complied with his request, and the suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officers described the suspect as a medium-complexioned black man standing six feet tall with a stocky build. He wore dark colored pants, white sneakers, a plaid black and white button down shirt, as well as a baseball hat with three dollar signs.
