Ferry Street Bridge to be closed for routine service

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Commuters traveling in and out of New Haven may need to seek an alternate route on Tuesday.

The Ferry Street Bridge will be temporarily closed for routine service on Nov. 14.

The bridge is estimated to be closed from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.

Officials say if you routinely travel this bridge to seek alternate routes.

Any questions regarding work on the bridge can be directed to the New Haven Public Works Department at 203-946-7700.
