Capitol Report ‘After Hours’: Rep. Josh Elliott (D-Hamden) talks Town Committees

(WTNH) — In this edition of  Capitol Report: “After Hours,”  our panel discusses the political impact of town committees, both Democrat and Republican, and how they influence local voters.

Joining the panel for this discussion is Representative Josh Elliott (D-Hamden). In the discussion, Elliott describes how town committee work together to ensure specific candidates are put through the primary process, even if that candidate is not necessarily the one voters are interested in.
