HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– “Access Health CT,” Connecticut’s Obamacare health insurance exchange is making a last minute push to get people to sign up before Friday’s deadline for coverage.

Despite congressional approval and President Trump‘s expected signature of the new federal tax plan that includes repeal of the Obamacare mandate that everyone have insurance, the repeal does not go into effect until 2019.

AHCT CEO Jim Wadliegh and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman are expected to explain the impact to Connecticut during a news conference Thursday.
