(ABC News) — The new year is a great time for new beginnings.
Check all of the “use by” and expiration dates on dairy products and eggs.
It also may be time to let go of the old block of cheese and chip or veggie dip too. Some condiments can even become contaminated with bacteria even if the product says they’re good for up to six months in the refrigerator.
