Crews respond to water main break in Rocky Hill

ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTNH) — A water main break in Rocky Hill created some tough conditions along with the snow for commuters in Rocky Hill.

According to officials, crews are repairing a 12-inch break at the intersection of Orchard Street and Berkshire Road. The main was shut down at 6:48 p.m.

74 homes in the area are being impacted by the break.

Crews believe the break will take seven to nine hours to be complete.
