State Street in New Haven reopens following 3-car crash

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)– A three-car accident temporarily closed State Street between Elm and Grove Street in New Haven. The corner of Grove and State Street was also closed.

The accident happened before 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

It was cleared by 4:00 p.m.

Drivers on Elm Street were unable to turn left onto State Street, while Grand Avenue traffic was unable to turn right onto State Street.

There was no word on any injuries.
