Truck carrying 45,000 pounds of raw fish rolls over on I-95

STONINGTON, Conn. (WTNH)–Interstate 95 is back open in Stonington after a tractor trailer rollover on Friday morning. The truck was carrying 45,000 pounds of raw fish.

The crash happened on the northbound side of the highway, just about a mile and a half past Exit 91, at around 5:00 a.m. State police said one person suffered a minor injury.

All lanes were closed, and traffic was getting by on the shoulder of the highway. Drivers experienced delays.

The accident was cleared around noon.
