HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — The breaks have been slammed on state transportation projects.
Last Wednesday, Governor Malloy stopped $4.3 billion in projects aimed at improving transportation around the state.
The ball is now in the General Assembly’s court.
Those projects, big and small, are all on hold unless lawmakers can find a way to appropriate money for the state’s Special Transportation Fund.
