MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– Today we’re Cruisin’ Connecticut to Milford, home of avid train collector, Bill Costaldo.

It takes about a month and a half to set it up I do it different every year I set it up. The village different I’m always adding pieces to it.

Costaldo’s nostalgic collection boasts 90 buildings cars and years of collectibles.

I started about 10 years ago with the village I had some original trains from the 40s that my Dad purchased for me. Lionel transformers from the 1940s.

His wife says that it’s really taken over her space… but is proud of what he’s done.

The set is decked out with an airport, an amusement park designed after Coney Island, and even a replica of the Milford green.
