Hartford man found guilty of multiple narcotics charges

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A federal jury in New Haven has found a Hartford man guilty of multiple drug charges.

Officials say in April, 2017, investigators twice made controlled purchases of crack cocaine from 34-year-old Stanley Reddick.

Police arrested Reddick on May, 3, 2017. Authorities say a search of his residence that day led to the discovery of approximately 32 grams of crack, 42 grams of heroin, nine grams of a mixture of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine, as well as items used to process and package narcotics for street-level sales. Investigators say additional drugs were located inside of a vehicle parked behind the residence.

Reddick has been found guilty of two counts of possession with intent to distribute and distribution of 28 grams or more of cocaine base, one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin, and other related charges.

A sentencing date is not yet scheduled. He has been detained since his arrest.
