Capitol Report: Solutions to transportation issues could face road blocks

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Governor Dannel Malloy proposed a way to bring in additional revenue for the state last week, but it was one that will greatly impact drivers.

The plan involves tolls and a seven-cent gas tax hike on top of the combined 57-cent tax Connecticut drivers pay already.
